Above-Base funding will be allocated similarly to last year.

We ask that you prioritize requests according to the following:

• Courses where there is high demand by upper-level students (junior and senior level) to maintain or improve progress toward graduation;
• Courses at any level directly supporting retention efforts through course sequencing or meeting prerequisites for fall courses.

These courses may be either online or in-person. Courses with high demand by upper-division students may be identified using the attached analysis. Other online courses that have strong estimates to fill may also be prioritized.
 
The spreadsheet template for itemizing your above-base requests for Summer 2024 can be downloaded here. Note the last two columns to confirm whether the requested course section is in high demand as defined above, and indicate the planned modality. These spreadsheets – a single one per college – should be turned in to Cindy Akers and Jessica Williams no later than April 15, 2024.
