Restaurants

There are several dining options in the Student Union Building (SUB) where the conference is being held. Options include Raider Pit BBQ, Boar's Head Deli, and Pizza Hut. The SUB offers indoor and outdoor seating. Please note, many of these locations are closed on Saturdays.

Other on-campus dining options are Einstein Bros., Fazoli's, and Quiznos.

Lubbock has many great places to eat for lunch and in the evenings. To explore more of these before coming to town, use the Visit Lubbock Dining page. It filters restaurants by category and area of town.

Some lunch and dinner options that are within walking distance of campus include One Guy from Italy, Spanky's, Torchy's Tacos, Savage Tavern, and Hawaii Poke & Ramen.

Fine dining options throughout Lubbock include La Sirena, The West Table, Burklee Hill Vineyards, Rave On, La Diosa Cellars, Las Brisas, The Nicolett, Italian Garden, and Chez Sami, whose chef was a 2023 James Beard Awards Semifinalist for
Best Chef: Texas.

The conference is providing drinks and hors d'oeuvre at the Thursday evening reception and breakfast on Friday with the Keynote address.
