Kolbie is a Lecturer of Horticulture for the Department of Plant and Soil Science. She obtained her Masters Degree in Horticulture from Texas Tech. Kolbie has been a member of the OHRG team and has been part of the Trials program since 2016. She currently teaches a section of Principles of Horticulture as well as Floral Design. Kolbie hopes to increase the Floral Design Program at Texas Tech in order to be available to more students as well as provide them with opportunities for more advanced techniques.
