Postdoctoral Associate Position in Crop Abiotic Stress and GxE analysis

Position description:

The Crop Ecophysiology and Precision Agriculture Lab at Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join our research team focused on assessing water stress tolerance and genetic diversity in crop systems. The successful candidate will conduct research on plant responses to drought and other abiotic stresses, utilizing advanced genomic tools and remote sensing technologies to identify genetic factors underlying stress resilience.

Required qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in agronomy, crop science, crop physiology, or environmental science.
  • Knowledge in Genotype by Environment (GxE) interaction analysis and statistical modeling;
  • Experience with high-throughput phenotyping techniques;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international, interdisciplinary team.
