International

Orchid biology workshops in Costa Rica, Belarus, Nepal, and Mexico to high school students, university students, indigenous peoples, academics, and conservation practitioners

 

National

Habitat restoration and conservation in California, Texas, and New Mexico. Volunteers from the Houston Zoo assisted with conservation activities in a National Preserve in Texas, while at-risk youth and other members of Pueblo Isleta volunteered in New Mexico to assist with wetland restoration.
