Investigator Financial Disclosure Requirements (Non-PHS funded)

All employees planning to act as investigators must disclose significant business or financial interests, including interests of their spouses, dependent relatives or household members, by October 1 of each year, and annually thereafter. Investigators should provide updates throughout the year as necessary to the Office of Research & Innovation.

"Investigator" is defined as the PI, co-PI and any other person at Texas Tech University (TTU), TTU subgrantees, contractors or collaborators who are responsible for the design, conduct or reporting of research or educational activities that are funded or proposed for funding by an external entity.

If you have applied or plan to apply for PHS (e.g., NIH) funds, find PHS-specific disclosure requirements here »
