Lead Administrator

Mallory Thomason, MBA

Mallory Thomason is the Lead Administrator for the Accelerator and Incubator Programs at the Texas Tech University Innovation Hub. She manages the day-to-day operations of multiple entrepreneurship programs, including coordinating mentor and startup engagement, managing program budget and reporting, and supporting teams as they work toward key milestones.

Since joining the Hub as an Administrative Coordinator, Mallory has helped streamline processes for high-volume programming and events, onboarded mentors and startups into the Hub community, and managed logistics for hundreds of events each year. Her transition to Lead Administrator reflects commitment to building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a STEM Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Texas Tech University. She is passionate about supporting innovators as they transform ideas into impactful ventures.
