Administrative Coordinator

Tyler Foster

Tyler Foster serves as the Administrative Coordinator at the Texas Tech University Innovation Hub, where he supports the daily operations of programs, events, and entrepreneurial engagement across the Hub community. He works closely with external partners from the community, as well as internal partners such as staff, tenants, mentors, and startup teams, to ensure smooth coordination of meetings, logistics, communication workflows, and facility needs.

With over ten years of experience in customer service, operations, and administrative support, Tyler is known for his collaborative approach and his commitment to building positive, efficient workflows. His background in administration, operations, and creative environments equips him to serve diverse teams with professionalism and care.

Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications from West Texas A&M University. He is passionate about helping people succeed, fostering creativity, strengthening organizational culture, and contributing to a community where innovation can thrive.

Originally from Wisconsin, Tyler enjoys a variety of creative and outdoor hobbies. He is married to Dr. Megan Foster, who serves as an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Together, they love traveling, exploring national parks, visiting antique stores, discovering new places, and spending time with their church community. They recently adopted their daughter, Amelia, and are excited to share their love of adventure and family traditions with her. Tyler also enjoys the Harry Potter series (both books and films), going to see films in the theatre, listening to and playing music, kayaking, and golfing. He values connection, hospitality, integrity, and experiences that bring people closer together.
