Dan Baze is a U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned entrepreneur with over eight years of experience owning and operating a business in the financial services and insurance industry. He currently specializes in Agribusiness and Commercial Insurance, offering tailored solutions to meet the complex needs of rural and commercial clients.

With more than 30 years of expertise in outside industrial and high-tech sales, Dan’s background spans motion control, automation, linear motion, and robotics—particularly serving the Semiconductor and Hard Disk industries. He has a proven track record of developing custom automation solutions, including leading a team in California that engineered two Micro-DNA arrayers used globally in the Human Genome Project—one for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and another for San Francisco State University.

Dan also brings extensive experience in international trade and project management, having overseen numerous high-tech projects around the globe. His unique combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial insight, and technical sales expertise makes him a valuable resource in any venture.
