Michael graduated from the Texas Tech University with his MSA and BBA in accounting. While working in accounting and finance he started a small business accounting, tax, and consulting firm serving clients in over 40 states. His experience includes over 15 years of helping small business owners in finding funding, building out their entity structuring/cap tables, and executing on exit strategies for their business. Michael proceeded to sell his firm to a top 8 CPA firm in the nation and join as a principal/owner.

Michael assists small businesses in telling the right story for small business while seeking funding in various capacities. He applies his personal experiences along with those of his clients to setup businesses for success. Michael has started and sold several other ventures along with investing in several other businesses that inspire his entrepreneurial spirit. Michael married his high school sweetheart who is all a Texas Tech alumni and CPA. They currently live in Richardson, Texas.
