Why Texas Tech?

I transferred to Texas Tech because I was really intrigued by its academics, traditions, and opportunities it had to offer its students. The Rawls College of Business was also extremely appealing.

Tech Testimony

My time here has been awesome since day one. This is home away from home. As a transfer student, I was a bit nervous for the transition because it was a whole new environment. However, Tech's hospitality will make you feel like you were always meant to go here.

Most Memorable Experience

It'll have to be my first football game in The Jones. It exceeded my expectations. Texas Tech has some of the best fans with so much spirit. If you didn't know already, our student section was ranked number one in the Big 12!

Opportunities

There are numerous opportunities available for all students here at Texas Tech. From leadership roles in student organizations to student assistant jobs, you have a pretty good chance at gaining valuable experience prior to graduating.

Words of Wisdom

Join a couple of organizations! I can honestly say that I've met some of my best friends through the organizations I've been involved with. Alpha Kappa Psi- a professional business fraternity and TAB (Tech Activities Board) have been a huge part of my undergrad experience at Tech. Great connections today will pay off in the near future.
