Paul Montgomery is an Assistant Director of Development for Texas Tech University's Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech in May 2018, Montgomery served Texas Corn Producers as member development and education director, focusing on fostering agriculture literacy through youth educational projects.

As the product of three generations of farming and ranching in the Texas Panhandle, Montgomery hopes to use his agricultural background and student experiences in Davis College to help promote ways to enhance the student experience and strengthen ties between academia and industry.
