The Jo Biggs Davidson Memorial Scholarship Endowment was established by Mozelle N. Montano in 2011. This scholarship is awarded to students competing on the Texas Tech University Rodeo Team who have transferred from another university or community college.

JoAnne E. Biggs Davidson passed away in May 2011. 

She was a member of the Texas Tech Rodeo Association and continued to be active with the organization as a loyal and contributing member of the Exes of the Texas Tech Rodeo Association. While attending Texas Tech in the 1950s, she was both a member of the Rodeo Association and the Sweetheart of the Rodeo Association.  Later, as a supporter of Texas Tech, she helped to send members of her family to participate in the Rodeo program.
