The Keith and Glenda Hansen Fellowship Endowment was established in 2008 by Keith and Glenda Hansen. The fellowship was created to provide scholarships for graduate students studying animal science.

Keith Hansen has served as a nutritionist with Nutrition Service Associates' Southwestern office since 1977. His customers are comprised primarily of feedyards, feed manufacturers and dairies in the southwestern United States and Nebraska. Prior to joining NSA, he was employed as a nutritionist with Hi-Pro Feeds, a division of Friona Industries.

Keith holds degrees from New Mexico State University and Texas Tech University ('68 MS, Meat Science), and did graduate work at the University of Nebraska. This included five years in beef cattle research with the Texas Tech University Research Center in Amarillo, Texas.
