1981 Meat Judging Team Endowed Scholarship

The 1981 Meat Judging Team Scholarship Endowment was established in 2014 by former judging team members, Farris and Monica Hightower, to provide scholarships to students currently participating on the Meat Judging Team.

The 1981 Meat Judging Team was coached by Dr. Gordon W. Davis, Ken Gable, and Al Williams and team members were: Jim Law, Monica Hightower, Cindy Lundy, and Mark Miller.
