The Linda and Terry Fuller Masked Rider Scholarship Endowment was established in 2013 by Mr. and Mrs. Fuller to provide scholarships benefitting the student who is selected as the Masked Rider for the year he or she rides. The scholarship is awarded to the Masked Rider, regardless of major.

Mr. Terry E. Fuller received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1977. He was a member of Sigma Chi, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the Saddle Tramps. His wife, Linda, received a BA in English from Texas Tech University in 1969. She was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority.

Terry is Chairman of the Texas Tech Foundation Board of Directors and president of Phoenix Petrocorp Inc., an independent oil and gas production company with operations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Linda recently served eight years as a National Board member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, including serving on the Equal Access Scholarship Selection Committee, and remains active in alumni activities. She also served three years on the Texas Tech Club Board of Governors. She currently serves on Texas Tech's Athletic Council.

Terry was inducted into the Petroleum Engineering Academy in the College of Engineering in 2009. He is a member of the Friends of Petroleum Engineering Academy, serves on the Athletics Advisory Council and is a former president of the Red Raider Club. Linda has been a member of the Marsha Sharp Leadership Circle and the Texas Tech Alumni Association. They have been recognized for their contributions to the Texas Tech University System with membership in the Spur Society, the Silver Buckle Society, and the Athletics Hall of Legacy.

Terry and Linda have one son, Clint, who received a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University in 2005, and his wife Casey, a former TTU cheerleader, received a BS in Early Childhood Development in 2007. The Fullers reside in Frisco, TX.
