Before Dan’s passing in August, he established the B. Dan Kamp Quality of Life Alliance with the Department of Landscape and Architecture. His mission through the alliance is to unite a community of scholars and practitioners dedicated to the advancement of Park and Recreation Administration, Land Planning, and Park Design through curriculum and programs with the Department of Landscape Architecture at Texas Tech University.
