Monitors all Residence Hall facilities to ensure that doors are locked.  Make minor maintenance repairs and assist with minor housekeeping duties. The work hours for this position, 10 p.m. through 6 a.m., are non-negotiable.

Completion of high school or equivalent plus three years maintenance, customer service, public relations or related experience. Verbal and written communication along with customer service skills and abilities are essential.
