Provide comprehensive services to families in the Early Head Start Home-Based Program. Conduct screenings and assessments of child development, education, health services. Organize weekly home visits and socialization experiences. Establish family partnerships that focus on setting goals and the responsibilities, timetables and strategies required to achieve those goals.
