Direct and manage instructional program and supervise academic campus operations and personnel. Coordinate teachers and parents to provide educational opportunities to the students. Solve conflicts and develop policies as needed.

Master's degree in elementary or secondary educational area of study; Mid Management Certification from the Texas State Board of Education; three years of experience as an elementary and/or middle school principal in a Texas public school.
