Performs complex technical and specialized work in the operation and maintenance of audio and video transmission equipment. Provides leadership and supervision to subordinate personnel assigned to area of responsibility.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Broadcasting or other related area plus two years related experience; OR a combination of specifically job related training and/or experience to equal six years.
