Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established guidelines with performance based on overall results obtained.

High school diploma plus four years of work experience. Additional education may substitute on a year for year basis. Microsoft Office experience; excellent customer service skills. Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments. Works with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Keyboarding skills which results in a high level of accuracy. Ability to learn and work with computer applications unique to libraries or archives.
