Performs highly responsible legal work involving representation and advisement on legal matters in the Office of General Counsel. Manages and oversees other attorneys and support staff in the handling of complex legal issues and transactions. Under the direction of the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, acts as the lead attorney or legal work at the assigned campus.

Law School Graduate; fifteen years experience as an attorney. License to practice law in the State of Texas.
