Performs skilled mechanical work in the maintenance of buildings, vehicles, equipment and/or related systems. Work is performed under general supervision within established guidelines. May supervise maintenance workers.

High school or equivalent plus three years related experience.  Specialized training or degree can exchange for experience on a year for year basis.
