The Assistant Title IX Coordinator is expected to be an ethical leader who has expert knowledge of Texas Tech University's policies and procedures and who strives for professional effectiveness by continually participating in professional development and educational activities to renew foundational understandings, improve skills, and acquire new knowledge.

Bachelor's degree with significant experience as a certified Title IX Coordinator. Title IX Coordinator certification required; must maintain professional qualification through continuing education, training and development.
