Oversees assigned area(s) in Payroll & Tax Services; coordinates activities of personnel to carry out departmental objectives related to payroll payments, customer service, reporting, and compliance to include interpretation and compliance of relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in a job related field plus four years experience related to the assigned area; OR combination of education and/or related experience to equal eight years.
