Manages assigned area(s) in Payroll & Tax Services; coordinates activities and training of personnel to carry out departmental objectives related to payroll payments, customer service, reporting, and compliance to include interpretation and compliance of relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in a job related field plus five years experience related to the assigned area; OR combination of education and/or related experience to equal nine years.
