Represents Texas Tech University at ranch horse events, fundraisers, and other related functions. This title is reserved for use in the Texas Tech Equestrian Center.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must have ranch horse skills in one or more events and have experience in collegiate ranch horse events as a participant or organizer.  Applicants should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  A strong desire to work with college students is essential, as well as the motivation and eagerness to continue to advance the program to achieve and maintain national recognition. A minimum of 5 years horse experience is required.
