Oversees a section in Accounting Services; coordinates activities of personnel to carry out departmental objectives related to assigned financial systems management functions to include interpretation and compliance of relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in a job related field plus three years' experience related to the assigned area; OR a combination or education and/or related experience equal to seven years.
