Position Description | Designs, implements, and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to the following: identifying funding opportunities, conducting program assessments, preparing program reports, overseeing and managing program marketing and communications, managing program databases, supervising the program staff, planning research activities, coordinating program events, participating in strategic planning, managing program files, establishing program standards and objectives, directing logistical activities to promote the success of programs, developing and implementing project timelines and ensuring that delaines are met, overseeing the program budget, ensuring that the goals and objectives of grants are met, assisting in proposal writing, and complying with and analyzing program statistics. |
