Position Description
Contributes to the advancement of institutional student success through university life coaching. Exemplifies the expectations of the university. Performs complex personal life coaching, resource identification and referral, professional development, and other training with individuals and programs. Performance is based on individual effectiveness as well as overall program results obtained. Work is performed with minimal supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures. The University Life Coaching position is restricted to use within the department of University Coaching & Student Achievement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required plus three years progressively responsible advising, counseling, or coaching experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Five hundred coaching hours required. ICF PCC credential must be obtained within one year of hire.
