Create, negotiate, review, and draft contractual agreements between Texas Tech University and federal, state, private, and foreign organizations. This position is for the Office of Research Services at Texas Tech University only. Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all employees.

Bachelor's degree and at least two years of legal experience or six years of contract review experience. Additional job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-to-year basis.
