Essential Job Functions | Meet with prospective students via phone to discuss their academic and career goals, ensuring they enroll in the undergraduate program that best aligns with their aspirations and educational needs. Develop prospective degree plans that are agreed upon with the prospective students. Follow up with prospective students via Zoom appointment to review their personalized degree plan, provide clear explanations, and address any questions they may have. Ensure all prospective degree plans are saved in Salesforce for OSA's, and appointments/calls are logged. Partner extensively with TTU Online Undergraduate Admissions Recruitment Team to ensure students are passed fluidly back and forth to ensure they apply once they have a prospective degree plan. |
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities | Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship software, Salesforce. Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions and academic advising policies and procedures, and proficient use of admissions technology. Excellent time management, organization, critical thinking, and efficiency skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities, in addition to the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Working knowledge of higher education admissions and academic advising. Fast paced degree planning experience where accuracy is required with multiple Online degrees from various colleges within the university |
