The Lead Online Student Advocate will have responsibilities related to the training and development of all other Online Student Advocates. Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in student services, academic advising, customer service, or a related area. Experience working with college students. |
