The Lead Contract Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of contractual agreements on behalf of Texas Tech University. This role not only involves the creation, negotiation, and administration of complex contractual relationships with federal, state, private, and international partners but also includes supervisory responsibilities over a team of contract professionals. The individual in this role supports the University's strategic, operational, and compliance goals and ensures the effective alignment of agreements with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation standards.

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field. Two or more years of experience as a Contract Specialist.
