The Texas Tech University System ("System") Treasurer is a key member of the System's financial leadership team, responsible for leading a forward-thinking treasury function that emphasizes agility, modernization, and strategic alignment. This role ensures the effective stewardship of institutional resources through innovative financial strategies, robust governance frameworks, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. The Treasurer plays a pivotal role in aligning treasury operations with the System's long-term financial goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field. Five years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education beyond Bachelor's may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
