Our Team
The Study Abroad team is committed to promoting access to study, research, internships and service-learning abroad. We accomplish this by collaborating with faculty and staff on campus, plus partners around the world. We are experts in international education with years of experience traveling, living and working internationally. We have a passion for helping students meet their goals.
Our Programs
We know that Red Raiders face obstacles to study abroad. That's why we have built about 300 programs around the world to provide an array of options for students with all different goals, budgets, fields of study, and language expertise.
Excellence in International Education
TTU Study Abroad sends 1,400 Red Raiders abroad annually. Review study abroad statistics as well as the Office of International Affairs Year in Review for additional information about student participation.
Beyond the numbers, Texas Tech is known for innovation and excellence in international education. In 2018, Texas Tech was awarded a second Senator Paul Simon Award for Comprehensive Internationalization by NAFSA: Association of International Educators. We believe learning and discovery of knowledge knows no boundaries and we feel honored to be recognized for our internationalization efforts.
