Study Abroad Alumni Medal

As a study abroad alumni, we invite you to recieve your medal so that you can wear it at your graduation ceremonies. As an alumnus of study abroad, you have gone above and beyond, put yourself in the 1% of US graduates, and learned more about the world and yourself. Because of these accomplishments, we want to celebrate you by awarding you with a Study Abroad Medal that you will wear when you walk across the stage. 

We invite you to attend our upcoming Study Abroad Alumni Ceremony where you can pick up your medal, enjoy refreshments, take some selfies, and then transition to our annual Study Abroad Photo Exhibit. This is a come-and-go event, so please feel free to stop by inbetween classes, if needed. 

At this time, we are only giving medals to students who's graduation date is officially listed as December 2025, May 2026, or August 2026. Those who graduate later will be invited to attend the next Medal Ceremony. If you are unable to make it to the ceremony, you can request to pick up your medal below. 

If you are not graduating in December of 2025, May of 2026, or August of 2026, you will not be permitted to pick up a medal. Your TTU account must indicate that your expected graduation date is one of the 3 aforementioned terms. Students graduating at a later date will be invited to the next annual Study Abroad Alumni Medal Ceremony in October of 2026. 

After you submit the form, you will receive an email from our office stating your medal is ready to pick up.
