Study Abroad Alumni Medal Pickups

As a study abroad alumni, we invite you to recieve your medal so that you can wear it at your graduation ceremonies. As an alumnus of study abroad, you have gone above and beyond, put yourself in the 1% of US graduates, and learned more about the world and yourself. Because of these accomplishments, we want to celebrate you by awarding you with a Study Abroad Medal that you will wear when you walk across the stage. 

Every October, we hold a Study Abroad Alumni Ceremony where upcoming graduates can pick up their medal, enjoy refreshments, and take photos with their medals. Students who were unable to pick up a medal at the ceremony for their graduation term can pick up a medal at our office by using the form below.

After completing the form, our office will reach out with instructions on how to pickup your medal. Please do not come to the office until you have been emailed. 

At this time, we are only giving medals to students who's graduation date is officially listed as December 2024, May 2025, or August 2025. Those who graduate later will be invited to attend the next Medal Ceremony.
