WHAT IS RAIDER SUCCESS HUB?

Raider Success Hub is an online platform that will guide your educational experience toward success by removing limits to when, where and how you are able to connect with your academic success team. 

You will be able to connect with success team members - academic advisors, success specialists, financial aid advisors and career advisors – to get the help you need when you need it.

HOW WILL RAIDER SUCCESS HUB HELP ME?

Need help? Have a question? In RSH you will be able to:

• quickly schedule an appointment with a success team member,
• send a question through chat,
• view notes and files from previous appointments or
• send a text message to your success team. 

RSH will allow you to have access to view your academic status, alerts, deadlines and more - all in one place. You will also be able to:

• see appointments and class schedules, 
• complete tasks related to success plans, 
• explore majors, minors & careers and 
• have access to student resources in one place: billing, financial aid, career services, registration, wellness, etc.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Get ready to use Raider Success Hub on Feb. 13 by going through our student training resources.
• Using Strive? Beginning on Feb. 10, you will be able to log in to Strive to view appointments and information but will not be able to take any action (request appointments). 💡Don't worry, all your existing appointments will move to RSH.
• On Feb. 13, visit success.ttu.edu to log in and begin using Raider Success Hub to move forward on your journey towards success at Texas Tech University.
