New Faculty
We would like to extend a special Red Raider welcome to our newest faculty members:
Dr. Joseph Gauthier (joined Fall 2021)
Dr. Gauthier received his Ph.D. from Stanford in 2020 and was most recently as postdoctoral scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory / University of California, Berkeley. His research interests include:
- Heterogeneous catalysis
- Electrocatalysis
- Electronic structure calculations
- Machine learning
- Sustainable energy
Dr. Jenifer Gomez Pastora(joining Spring 2022)
Dr. Pastora received her Ph.D. from University of Cantabria in Spain and was most recently a postdoctoral researcher at The Ohio State University. Her research interests include:
- Bioengineering
- Magnetic materials with application in separations
- Modeling and process design
