| Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related area. Eight years of related experience which could include coaching, tournament administration, summer skill camp administration, and program administration. Additional job related education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis. Knowledge of the philosophy and administration of athletic programs. Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills. Ability to conceptualize and prioritize goals and objectives. Ability to maintain good relations among numerous interest groups. Skill in communications and public relations. Must have a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. |
