| Position Description |
The Assistant Sports Dietitian is responsible for delivering evidence-based nutrition services for assigned teams and individual student-athletes. Working collaboratively with sports medicine staff, strength coaches, coaches and other support staff, the Assistant Sports Dietitian supports health, wellness, and performance through education, medical nutrition therapy, food service and performance nutrition strategies. |
| Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), or RD-eligible within six months of hire. Will be expected to obtain a Texas dietitian license (LD). |
