Position Description	The Case Manager provides case management and program coordination to support students registered with Student Disability Services. This position conducts intake meetings, reviews accommodations, and offers short-term academic and personal counseling to promote student success.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in a closely related field and two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Additional education can substitute for years of experience on a year-for-year basis.
