The Enterprise Security Administrator IV scope of responsibility includes maintaining security for enterprise application systems, such as Exchange and/or Active Directory assignments, Banner security classes, enterprise SharePoint access, and/or other enterprise application security necessary to support business requirements. The person in this position assists in planning security for new enterprise applications, grows relationship with the functional coordinators for IT security across all Texas Tech institutions to ensure proper access is granted to appropriate personnel. Applies broad knowledge of concepts and procedures to perform complex tasks, identity problems, solutions, and improves existing processes to keep enterprise data secure. Works mainly independently. Enterprise positions are restricted for use in central IT Division areas reporting to the institutional CIO and, as such, may interface with key IT leadership and/or functional leadership from the Texas Tech University System institutions. |
