Position Description Highly involved in the creation of nutritionally-balanced meals for hospitality operations; works with students on individual nutrition plans, special diets, and allergy/intolerance issues. Develop programs for students to educate and promote healthy dining and sound nutrition practices for the campus community, as needed. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment in assessing and analyzing all food products.
Qualifications A minimum of a master's degree in dietetics, food and nutrition or related field from an approved accredited university. Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. At least four years' experience in dietitian work.
