| Position Description |
The senior designer is responsible for developing, presenting and delivering designs for a project or sub-project. Completes assigned work independently as well as work collaboratively with their creative peers and broader marketing team members. Reaches out to peers to seek critique to align across project teams. Responsible for helping less experienced team members support the design direction. Expected to have exposure to multiple projects. Accountable for decisions at the project level. |
