Position Description	Leads an integrated and robust approach to retention contributing to the advancement of student success. Manages a large team of student success professionals and performs professional development and training with individuals and groups. Responsibilities also include analyzing and reporting on special and/or complex problems and communicating with other campus departments to identity new opportunities for targeted retention interventions that support student success. The Student Success Manager position is currently restricted for use in Academic Innovation & Student Success.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
