| Qualifications | High school or equivalent plus 4 years as a licensed journeyperson/tradesperson or 4 years utility plant and job-related experience including some supervisory experience. Additional related education may substitute on a year for year basis. Must have completed the Personnel Qualification System (PQS) requirements for UPO I, II, III and IV. Must be currently certified by Red Cross (or equivalent) in CPR and first aid or become certified within six months of employment. |
