| Qualifications |
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must have ranch horse skills in one or more events and have experience in collegiate ranch horse events as a participant or organizer. Applicants should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A strong desire to work with college students is essential, as well as the motivation and eagerness to continue to advance the program to achieve and maintain national recognition. A minimum of 5 years horse experience is required. |
