Performs highly skilled analytical duties in the design of construction projects. Using computer aided design (CAD) software, creates complex and accurate construction documents. Assists in the planning, scheduling , or coordination of project activities to meet deadlines. Helps ensure project compliance with various State and Federal regulatory agencies. Work is performed under the guidance of the Project Manager. May supervise student intern; assign duties and responsibilities. |
| Qualifications |
Associates degree or higher and three years of work experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis. |
